It’s something I sometimes say to myself after projecting a route for a little while at the climbing gym.

And I inevitably romp toward an easier route that I’ve sent before — take my time doing it — and feel a bit better afterward.

Here are some easy things you can do to get a quick win. 

  • Meditate For 5 Minutes

  • Read For 30 Minutes

  • Go For a 5 Minute Walk

  • Do The Dishes

  • Take Out The Trash

Little things matter… if for no other reason than they give us the confidence we need to do the bigger stuff.
