This Week’s Journaling Prompt

Describe a recent situation where you felt like an imposter. What were you doing? Who was there? What specific thoughts or beliefs made you feel like you didn't belong or weren't good enough? List each thought that contributes to your imposter syndrome. Next to each, write a counterargument based on your achievements or positive feedback you've received.

This Week’s Challenge

Select a recent project, presentation, or any work-related task you completed but felt uncertain about your performance or contribution. Think of at least one person involved in this work or who is familiar with your role in it. Write a concise email or prepare to ask in person for specific feedback on your selected piece of work. This can help counter the internal narratives fueling imposter syndrome.
