Friction Is Feedback

Resistance isn’t a stop sign—it’s an invitation to look deeper.

The resistance will tell you that you’re not ready. That’s how you know you are.

- Steven Pressfield

Good Morning. Resistance shows up in subtle ways: procrastination, over-prepping, or second-guessing your next step. But it’s not always a sign to stop. More often, it’s a signal that you’re brushing up against something important—an idea, a leap, or a risk that actually matters to you.

Instead of fighting it, try examining it. What story is your resistance telling? And what would happen if you moved forward anyway? Naming the resistance is often all it takes to weaken its grip.

Today’s Challenge

Write down one thing you’ve been avoiding and list three reasons why it matters.
