Courage doesn’t feel courageous

The Daily Habit For Doers

“Courage is taking action….no matter what. So you're afraid? Be afraid. Be scared silly to the point you're trembling and nauseous, but do it anyway!”

― Richelle E. Goodrich

Courage doesn’t feel courageous.

Your voice catches. Palms sweat. Heart pounds.

But you keep going

You do it. Not well. But as well as you could.

That’s courage. Doing it when you feel sick to your stomach.

Courage feels like weakness.

Like inadequacy.

Like the impossibility of triumph.

But if ever you find yourself feeling like an imposter or a failure. Like the smallest in the room. And you keep going. You keep trying. You keep pushing.

Then you’re being courageous.Share with friends, get cool stuff!
