The Daily Habit For Doers
“People do not decide their futures, they decide their habits and their habits decide their futures.”
- F.M. Alexander
Goals are great.
Action is better.
Habits (i.e. repeated action) are best.
Our lives are not a result of the goals we set… our lives are a result of the things we do consistently without even thinking.
Unconscious habits.
In many ways, it’s better to focus on building better micro-habits — making your bed, reading for 30 minutes, walking, etc. — then it is to set big ambitious goals.
You don’t reach the next level by setting the goal.
But by becoming the person who takes the right action everyday.

This Week’s Challenge
Start a 30-Day Micro-Habit Challenge where you choose three small, manageable daily habits such as making your bed, reading for 30 minutes, and a 10-minute walk. Track your progress using a simple habit tracker and set daily reminders to help maintain consistency. Each week, reflect on your experiences and adapt as needed.
